  •  Water and Soil Testing  :    Importance of regular testing and guidance on interpreting results to maintain optimal pond conditions.

  •  Disease Diagnostics  :    Basic recognition of common shrimp diseases and protocols for timely reporting.

  •  Harvesting and Post-Harvest Handling  :    Adoption of best practices to ensure product quality, safety, and enhanced market value.

• Market Intelligence & Financial Literacy: We equip farmers with crucial information on market trends, pricing dynamics, and the dangers of using banned antibiotics, ensuring their produce meets international food safety standards. Training also covers aspects of financial management, including accessing institutional finance and insurance.
• Regulatory Compliance: We provide clear guidance and support on understanding and complying with necessary regulations, such as obtaining licenses from the Coastal Aquaculture Authority (CAA) and completing MPEDA Farm enrolment.
• Continuous Learning & Updates: NaCSA regularly conducts capacity building sessions and meetings to keep farmers abreast of the latest advancements in aquaculture technology, research findings, and industry best practices. Our technical teams provide round the clock support, offering timely advice and troubleshooting assistance.
